  10. You don’t think the email is important enough to reply to.
  11. You don’t know how to respond to the email.
  12. You don’t have time to respond to the email.
  13. You are avoiding a difficult or uncomfortable conversation.
  14. You are hesitant to commit to something in writing.
  15. You are dealing with a personal issue that is affecting your ability to reply.
  16. You are not interested in the topic of the email.
